Maitake Mushroom Extract

A.T. Mushrooms have decided to take the flavouring to the next level by creating a simple Liquid Extract!

Maitake (Grifola Frondosa): Initially mild in flavour with umami notes and a sweet aftertaste.

Australian made and owned, vegan.

Ingredients: Water, Ethanol (less than 35% abv.), Maitake fruiting body (Grifola Frondosa) double extract. We use organically certified mushrooms in all our products.

For maximum flavour take 1-2ml directly. Can also be added to your favourite drink or food.
