Shiitake Mushroom Extract

This liquid extract captures the naturally sweet, earthy taste of shiitake mushrooms with a mild umami character. Easy to add to teas, broths, or recipes for an extra layer of flavor.

Australian made and owned, vegan.

Ingredients: Water, Ethanol (less than 35% abv.), Shiitake Mushroom (Lentinula edodes) double extract. We use organically certified mushrooms in all our products.

For maximum flavour take 1-2ml directly. Can also be added to your favourite drink or food.
